The Japan team Win the 8th Mondial du Pain Bread Championship

The Japan team has won the 8th Mondial du Pain Bread Championship, organized by Ambassadeurs du Pain from October 17 to 19, in Nantes, France. The Japan team consisted of Mr. Yoshinori Taniguchi from Boulangerie Friand, a bakery in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Mr. Ryuzo Abe from Boulangerie Parigot, a bakery in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, who acted as his coach, and Mis Masana Kitamune from Bakery Fournier, a bakery in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture, who worked as his assistant.

Japan also won the 7th Mondial du Pain Bread Championship held in October 2019, making it the second consecutive victory.
