Serio Omuta Released 21 Types of Japanese Koppe-pan to Commemorate the 3rd Anniversary of its opening.
Serio Omuta, a bakery in Omuta City, Fukuoka Prefecture, has released 21 types of Japanese koppe-pan, which is similar to a hot dog bun, to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of its opening. The released koppe-pan includes "Pumpkin Koppe" (270 yen including tax), "Tandoori Chicken" (270 yen including tax), "Shrimp and Avocado" (324 yen including tax), etc. "Pumpkin Koppe" is a healthy and satisfying product with ham, lettuce and coleslaw salad sandwiched in between. The coleslaw salad is made from pumpkin soaked in olive oil. "Tandoori chicken" is a product with tandoori chicken and lettuce. The tandoori chicken has been soaked in drained yogurt and several kinds of spices overnight . "Shrimp and avocado" is a product that sandwiches shrimp and tomato with avocado sauce, and the point is that the creamy avocado sauce and the acidity of the tomato enhance the texture of the shrimp. The bakery manufactures and sells about 100 items of bread, and basically makes all items from scratch in the shop. The owner of the bakery said, "Since there is little bright news due to the spread of coronavirus infection, we hope to bring energy to everyone who comes to our shop with 21 kinds of gorgeous koppe-pan." |
