The Japan Association of French Bread Holds the Second Round of Qualifying for the Team Japan Players in the Bakery World Cup
The Japan Association of French Bread held the second round of qualifying for the Team Japan players who will participate in the Bakery World Cup to be held in Paris France, on December 1, 2022. In the bread section, Mr. Tomohiro Goda, of Donq, Japan's famous artisan bakery chain, Mr. Yutaka Yamazaki of Kobeya Restaurant, Japan's famous bakery restaurant, Mr. Masayoshi Ishikawa of Donq, Mr. Kaichi Ishige of Kobeya Restaurant, Mr. Yutaka Saito of Donq, Mr. Tomoteru Tabata, of Imperial Hotel, are selected to be the finalists to compete in the final round that will be held in March 2021 at Intex Osaka in Suminoe-ku Osaka. In the decorative bread section, Mr. Sho Iwamatsu of Donq, Mr. Mitsuru Utsumi of Pompadour, Japan's famous artisan bakery chain, Mr. Junko Inoue of Donq, Mr. Misako Suwa of Kobeya Kitchen, a Japanese bakery chain, Mr. Kaori Sajima of Donq, Mr. Keisuke Hotta of Andersen, a Japanese famous bakery chain in Hiroshima Prefecture, have been selected. In the decorative bread category, Shinichi Tsunoda of Kobeya, a Japanese bakery chain, Mr. Seigo Umetani of Kobeya Restaurant, Mr. Junichi Sawada of HIJ Library, and Mr. Mitsuaki Morita of Andersen have been chosen as the finalists. |
